FÆLLESSPISNING IN AARHUS
Did You know, that every 16th person in Denmark feel lonely?
Fællesspisning is the project that I started together with the visionary chef and restaurant owner, Christian Bøjlund. He has a restaurant where social dining is the concept. I was raised in a ‘hippie’ collective with social dining (fællesspisning) five days a week. This gave our family a lot of spare time since we did not have to make food everyday - and also we met other families for dinner almost every day.
Together with a fantastic group of volunteers we have made Fællesspisning a big success with about 2500 eating guests every year (2017 and 2018).
This is non-profit. I am responsible for coordinating fællesspisning events, creating visual identity and Social Media. (Though I do not spend much time on this, since my job as a teacher takes up a lot of time).
